A Wound is a crack or break in the skin that allows germs to enter and blood to escape.
P Puncture - deep wound caused by a nail.
Main types of wounds : C.L.I.P.S.
S Special - e.g. gunshot or graze.
I  Incised - a straight cut caused by a knife. 
L Laceration - a jagged cut caused by barbed wire.
C Contused - Bruise, bleeding under the skin.
